Questions, answered
How long is the ride?
One full rotation takes about thirty minutes — time enough to find your street, the bay, and the city you forgot was that big.
What time should I arrive?
It depends on your ticket. Classic Spin day tickets are good any time we're open during the day; night tickets, any time after 5pm. If you've booked an experience with a set time, aim to arrive 10 minutes before, so our team can get you on as close to your time as possible.
Where is the Melbourne Star?
In Docklands, at 101 Waterfront City, a few minutes from the CBD and the free tram zone.
Can I buy tickets on the day?
Yes. Walk-up is welcome, but booking online is cheaper and locks in your window.
Is the Star accessible?
Yes. Cabins are step-free and wheelchair accessible, and one carer per guest rides free.
Is it indoors?
Cabins are fully enclosed and climate controlled, so we run rain or shine.
